Solution Design & Implementation
Based on what consulting clarified, we design and implement the solution. If a system is needed, we build a working prototype first to validate before committing further. Stopping here is always an option.
Full Development & Release
Full development begins with the spec locked in from the prototype. No rework, no misalignment — a smooth path to release.
